The agreement, covering 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2018, improved social benefits for staff (holiday bonuses, maternity and marriage allowances, education allowance and the 1 May bonus).
The collective agreement, which also included salary and pay-scale adjustments and improvements, aims to create a more harmonious working environment. Our best wishes to all our staff.
